Adjustable beds are becoming increasingly popular not just for those of us unfortunate enough to suffer medical conditions that require rest in certain positions. Adjustable beds offer huge benefits in terms of real comfort while awake or asleep to everyone. Both the Supreme and Viscomatic beds in our Electric Adjustable Beds section have a 5 stage motor action with handy remote control. A major advantage is the fact that the mattress has to be of very high quality in order to stand the extra rigours of the movement involved. The individual pocketed springs in the Supreme are not linked in a rigid spring unit, but work independantly allowing it to conform perfectly with the various positions. Likewise the memory foam sleeping surface on the Viscomatic is supported by multizone foam, which is more concentrated nearer the middle, and has a beautiful removable knitted fabric cover. Both are of an incredibly sturdy construction with a laminated beech slatted base. |
